Refund Policy

Simple version: if I haven't started, you get everything back. If I've delivered and it doesn't match the written scope, I fix it. Retainers cancel anytime.

Before work starts

Any payment for an install or custom build is refunded in full if work hasn't started — no questions, no forms, no “exit interview.” Email support@depthhq.com and the refund goes out within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Once work is underway

Installs and custom builds are scoped in writing before payment. If a delivered system doesn't do what the scope says, I fix it at no charge — installs include 7 days of post-delivery fixes, custom builds 14. If I can't make it work as scoped, you get a refund for the part that doesn't work. What isn't covered: changes of mind about scope after delivery, or outcomes the scope never promised (revenue, traffic, subscribers — I never promise those anywhere).

Retainers

Maintenance retainers cancel anytime, effective at the end of the month you've paid for — no prorating games, no cancellation fees, no lock-in period. Your automations are built in your accounts, so everything keeps running after you cancel.

Digital downloads (Deploy Kit)

The $10 Deploy Kit is a one-time digital download. If it won't import or deploy for you and support can't fix it, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — email support@depthhq.com with what went wrong and we'll either get it running or send your money back.

The playbook and templates

The YouTube Automation Playbook, template library, and tools are free, so there's nothing to refund. If you purchased the DepthHQ course before it became free and have a question about that purchase, email support@depthhq.com and we'll make it right.
