Automation, priced up front. Delivered on camera.
I build AI content-automation systems — n8n pipelines that turn a script into a finished video, research into drafts, drafts into published posts. Three ways to work with me, and every one ends the same way: a screen recording of your system running end-to-end.
Install
from $350one-time, fixed scope
A workflow from my library — like the faceless-video pipeline — installed in your accounts, connected to your APIs, and tested on your real data.
What's included
- One fixed-scope n8n workflow, installed and configured
- Connected to your own API keys and accounts — you own everything
- Tested end-to-end with your real inputs
- Screen-recorded handoff showing the system running
- Written operating notes (what to check, what breaks, what it costs to run)
- 7 days of post-install fixes if something I set up doesn't work
What's not
- New features or scope changes mid-install (that's a custom build)
- Ongoing monitoring after handoff (that's the retainer)
- Third-party subscription costs (n8n, ElevenLabs, API usage are yours)
Custom build
$1,000–2,500scoped and quoted before you pay
An automation system designed around your business: content pipelines, research-to-draft workflows, publishing automation, or a Zapier/Make migration into n8n.
What's included
- Scoping call first — you get a written quote and timeline, free
- System designed and built end-to-end in your stack
- AI steps engineered and tested (OpenAI/Claude, ElevenLabs, FFmpeg)
- Screen-recorded handoff of the full system running, unedited
- Documentation: architecture, credentials map, runbook
- 14 days of post-delivery fixes on anything in scope
What's not
- Open-ended consulting or strategy retainers
- Guarantees about revenue or traffic the system will produce
- Ongoing maintenance (available separately, below)
Maintenance retainer
from $250/momonthly, cancel anytime
Automations break quietly — APIs change, tokens expire, models get deprecated. I watch yours, fix them, and keep improving them.
What's included
- Monitoring and error triage for your automations
- Fixes when APIs, models, or integrations change
- Small improvements and prompt tuning each month
- Priority response over one-off projects
- A monthly note on what ran, what broke, what changed
What's not
- Net-new systems (quoted separately as installs or builds)
- Coverage for automations I haven't built or audited first
- Lock-in — cancel anytime and keep everything
How it works
The same three steps every time, whatever the tier.
- 1
Intake
A short form or call: what the workflow needs to do, what accounts it touches, and how you'll hand me access. For custom builds this is where we scope and you get a written quote — before any payment.
- 2
Build
I build in your accounts, on your API keys, so nothing depends on me afterwards. You can watch the work-in-progress; there's no black box between payment and delivery.
- 3
Screen-recorded handoff
You get a recording of your system running end-to-end, unedited — input in, output out — plus a runbook. If you can't see it working, you shouldn't consider it delivered.
The guarantee, honestly
I won't promise revenue, traffic, or that automation will transform your business — nobody can, and anyone who does is selling you a story. What I do promise: before work starts, any payment is refunded in full, no questions. Delivered work matches the written scope or I fix it (7 days on installs, 14 on custom builds). Retainers cancel anytime with no prorating games. Full terms on the refund policy page.
Common questions
What do you actually build with?
n8n for orchestration, OpenAI and Claude APIs for generation, ElevenLabs for voice, FFmpeg for media assembly. I also migrate Zapier and Make setups into n8n. If your problem needs a different stack, I'll tell you on the intake call instead of forcing a fit.
How fast will my system be running?
Installs: typically a few business days after I have account access. Custom builds: the quote includes a written timeline based on scope. I'd rather quote long and deliver early.
Who owns the system when we're done?
You do. Everything is built in your accounts with your API keys. Cancel the retainer, and every workflow keeps running exactly as it did — there's no dependency on me by design.
What does it cost to run after handoff?
Third-party costs are yours and I itemize them before you commit: typically n8n hosting, API usage (OpenAI/Claude/ElevenLabs), and any storage. Most single-workflow installs run on tens of dollars a month, but it scales with your volume — the handoff notes include your actual numbers.
What if it doesn't work?
If something I set up doesn't work as scoped, I fix it — installs include 7 days of fixes, custom builds 14. If work hasn't started yet, any payment is refunded in full. Retainers cancel anytime.
