Terms of Service

By purchasing services from or accessing content on DepthHQ (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Services

DepthHQ provides automation services — fixed-scope workflow installs, custom automation builds, and monthly maintenance retainers — plus free educational content: the YouTube Automation Playbook, templates, guides, and tools. Services are scoped in writing before payment; free content requires at most a free account.

2. Service Engagements

Each install or build is defined by a written scope agreed before payment. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. You are responsible for providing timely access to the accounts and credentials the scope requires; delivery timelines pause while access is missing. Deliverables are installed in your accounts and are yours on delivery.

3. Accounts and Access

Free accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or resell access to gated content.

4. Intellectual Property

Delivered workflows and configurations are yours to use, modify, and run for your own business. Free templates and playbook materials are licensed for your own educational and business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage DepthHQ content or templates as your own product.

5. Payment Terms

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. Installs and builds are paid per the written scope; retainers bill monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid month. Third-party costs (API usage, hosting, tool subscriptions) are yours and are itemized before you commit.

6. Refund Policy

Full refund before work starts. Delivered work that doesn't match the written scope gets fixed (7 days for installs, 14 for custom builds) or refunded for the part that doesn't work. Retainers cancel anytime. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. No Assured Outcomes

We deliver working systems as scoped. We do not assure revenue, traffic, subscribers, or any business outcome from using them. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

8. Third-Party Tools

Builds rely on third-party services (n8n, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, YouTube, and others). We are not affiliated with them unless stated and are not responsible for their pricing, terms, or API changes — though retainer clients get fixes when those changes break something.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
