By purchasing or accessing any product from DepthHQ (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Services

DepthHQ offers digital educational products including online video courses, templates, guides, community access, and live calls. All products are delivered digitally.

2. Account and Access

Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, distribute course materials, or allow others to access your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content is owned by DepthHQ and protected by copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own educational and business purposes. You may use templates and frameworks for your YouTube channels. You may NOT redistribute, resell, or use content to create competing products.

4. Payment Terms

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe. Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in access suspension.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy.

6. No Assured Outcomes

DepthHQ is educational. We do not assure specific results, income, or outcomes. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

7. Community Conduct

Be respectful. No spam, harassment, or misleading income claims. We reserve the right to remove violating members.

8. Third-Party Tools

We reference third-party tools (ElevenLabs, InVideo, Canva, YouTube, etc.) but are not affiliated unless stated. We're not responsible for changes to their pricing or terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
